• How do I know if this will fit my tap?

  CLEO fits all standard taps 22mm, 24mm, 28mm. It does not fit plastic taps or non threaded taps. Please reach out to our customer support team to check compatibility if you are not sure

• Is it really that easy to install?

  Self installation takes a couple of minutes -you can watch the video below. In case you require installation support we offer a paid installation service at Rs 218 in select cities.

• I dont know the source of my water, which cartridge should I buy?

  We recommend you go for a Municipal/Metro cartridge as that is designed to filter most contaminants present in the water. In case you dont feel a difference, you can move to a Borewell/Tanker cartridge

• How do I get installation support?

  Reach out to customer care(1800-121-0599) to schedule an installation.

• How long before I see results?

  Results on hair & skin take around 6 weeks to show. However you should feel a difference in lathering and the feel of water almost immediately after the change. You can try the lather test to check effectiveness of the product for your water

• Why does it not reduce TDS

  TDS indicates that something is dissolved in water- not whether it is good or bad. CLEO converts the stubborn hard water salts into harmless forms so they dont stick on hair,skin or surfaces and are washed away with the water. So your water is healthier at the same TDS.
