How do I know if this will fit my tap?
CLEO Shower & Tap filters fits Taps, Showers & Hand showers. It is compatible with 22mm, 24mm, and 28mm taps. It only fits with threaded taps, not plastic taps. Please reach out to our customer support team to check compatibility if you are not sure
Is it really that easy to install?
Self-installation will only require a few minutes. And you can refer to the provided video for guidance. However, if you need assistance with installation, we offer a paid service for Rs 218 in specific cities
I don't know the source of my water, which cartridge should I buy?
We recommend you go for a Municipal/Metro cartridge as that is designed to filter most contaminants present in the water. In case you don't feel a difference, you can move to a Borewell/Tanker cartridge

How long before I see results?
It takes about 6 weeks to notice results on your hair and skin. However, you should notice an immediate difference in lathering and the feel of the water after making the change. You can perform the lather test to gauge the effectiveness of the product with your water.
Why does it not reduce TDS
TDS indicates that something is dissolved in water- not whether it is good or bad. CLEO Tap filters convert the stubborn hard water salts into harmless forms so they don't stick on hair, skin or surfaces and are washed away with the water. So your water is healthier at the same TDS.

Product is good, but fitment provided is of no use
Its worth buying this tap filter, at least you can use a soft & filtered water instead of these borewell. Customer support is also on time.
I have performed the test with two test kits. No change in readings. Means it doesn't reduce hardness! It was 450 before installation and it's 450 after installation. I don't know if it inactivates salts or whatever, but per test results it's not softening water. I don't know if it's defective.
I had severe hairfall and I figured out that it was because of the water hardness. I bought this filter and within 2 uses, my hairfall stopped. Hair became soft as well. I can see some minor changes in the skin texture too in a good way. Bucket is also clean. Earlier, bucket and mug used to get dirty due to bore water. I can see a clear difference. Also, assembly is extremely easy. They provide all the required tools. Customer care is also very supportive. I would totally recommend this product.
