• How to replace the cartridge?

  Can be set up in minutes without a plumber. 1. Open your Cleo Filter by turning the bottom portion counter clockwise. 2. Remove the old Cartridge and insert the new cartridge (Red side up). 3. Close the Filter by turning the bottom portion clockwise. 4. Let the water run for a couple of minutes for the carbon dust to flush out. • Why does TDS remain the same with a Shower Filter?

  CLEO converts the stubborn hard water salts into harmless forms so they don't stick on hair, skin or surfaces. The calcium and magnesium molecules are still present in the water but are inactive. Thus the TDS is not decreased as a result, but your water is safer & healthier.

• Can it be used with hot water?

  Yes, you can use it with hot water up to 60 degrees. Turn on cold water first before turning on hot water.

• Does the pressure of water reduce from the filter?

  No it does not. In case there is a drop in flow, it is due to sediments blocking the cartridge. Please perform reverse flush to flush out the sediments.

• How long does it take to see the results?

  Results on hair & skin take around 6 weeks to show. However you should feel a difference in lathering and the feel of water almost immediately after the change. You can try the lather test to check effectiveness of the product for your water. Please note CLEO is not a medical device to reduce hair fall, but an upgrade to your water. Hair fall my depend on other factors such as genetics, diet & medication.

• How does a shower filter for hard water compare to other water softening methods?
